We were victims of social discriminations in not only the employment sector but also in other social spheres of life. We also experienced turbulent times in pursuing our academic careers.

The more difficult these challenges became, the more determined we were to succeed. As such, the formation and existence of Vision for the Blind (VFB) Sierra Leone is clear evidence of our success.
